Harischandragad Trek, Maharashtra

Valley of Flowers, Uttarakhand

This place is really on the top of the list of monsoon treks. It is because of its immense beauty for it is listed among the UNESCO World Heritage Sites. The amazing weather here is a bonus to the multi-hued scenery. You can always spot birds, colorful butterflies, and animals like Musk Deer.

Sinhagad trek, Pune

Sinhagad is a hill fortress that provides you with a fascinating trek experience along with a perfect picnic spot. The beautiful views of sunrise and sunset from this fort are a must to be captured. It also blows you off with its scenic series of mountains and hills. The monsoon season would make this place much more scenic adding to its lush green views. The royal fortress exudes a haunted Qila experience too with its eerie thunder noises during monsoon.

Kashmir Great Lakes, Jammu & Kashmir

Beas Kund, Himachal Pradesh

This place is quite close to Manali and also it has been a popular place to trek because during the journey people get the chance to trek up close to a few of Manali’s biggest mountains. Visitors could find grand peaks like Friendship Peak,  Shitidhar, Hanuman Tibba, and Seven Sisters alongside. 

Hampta Pass, Himachal Pradesh

This is an ideal trek for both beginners and proficient trekkers as Hampta Pass Trek is famous for its enchanting beauty of the rugged mountains during the monsoon months. This trek would make you experience both types of landscapes- barren and lush green. Kullu would be filled with pine forests and apple trees, waterfalls, and streams, but as soon as you cross it, the land would become parch and colored in stark greys and browns with barren footpaths and vertical rock walls. You would also witness the beautiful Chandratal Lake filled with clear blue water. Pin Parvati Trek, Himachal Pradesh

An alternate route to the striking Spiti Valley(Jibi) is this trek. As Pin Parvati is one of the oldest treks in the Himalayas it is also known as the ‘Valley of Gods’. This valley offers fascinating views to the trekkers.  Monsoon Season is the best to visit this valley because the water would be flowing at full speed and you would get to experience the greenery around you all the time with birds chirping at their best melodic tone.
