Rajmachi is a small village located in the Sahyadri mountain range in the Indian state of Maharashtra. It is about 10 km from Lonavala and 15 km from Karjat. Rajmachi consists of two fortresses, namely Shrivardhan Fort and Manoranjan Fort, which were built by Shivaji Maharaj in the 17th century. The base village of Rajmachi is Udhewadi.

Rajmachi is a popular trekking destination. The Rajmachi trek can be undertaken from two different routes, namely the Tungarli route and the Kondivade route. Day 1: Drive from Mumbai to Rajmachi

Start your drive from Mumbai in the morning and head towards Rajmachi. The drive will take around 3 hours. Once you reach Rajmachi, check into your hotel and relax for the day. 

Day 2: Rajmachi Trek

Start your trek from Rajmachi village and reach the top of the fort. Explore the fort and the surrounding area. You can also visit the temples and the lakes on the fort.
