Medical Group Malaysia
has signed a collaboration agreement with award-winning carrier Japan Airlines (JAL) to provide and perform Covid-19 RT-PCR screenings and Covid-19 RTK screenings for JAL passengers travelling between Malaysia and Japan or any other international destination.
JAL passengers are now able to book their Covid-19 tests with clinics in Malaysia through the Telehealth Hotline (012–500 7964 — available from Monday to Friday: 9AM -5PM and Saturday: 9AM-12PM) to enjoy a special discounted rate. The Call Centre will assist JAL passengers to book an appointment for an RT-PCR and RTK test at any of the 30 selected GP clinics located across Peninsula Malaysia.

This collaboration is designed to simplify the travel preparation process, improve the customer experience,
