Remember: three synonyms for scrunch leggings are: squeeze, compress, and contract.
How do you create deep relaxation?
First, close your eyes: create body tension by squeezing your face, neck and shoulders. Hold this tension for one thousand, twenty-two, and twenty-three seconds. Wait.
Second: Inhale deeply from the diaphragm at the same time and hold the inhalation for the same number of three counts.
Third: Relax your upper body and release the tension (contraction) in your muscles, tendons, and ligaments as you slowly exhale.
Fourth: Crunch, inhale, and hold the tension in the lower half of your body (legs, hips, and feet). Crunch and inhale for three counts. Now release the tension in your lower body as you slowly exhale.
Rule: scrunch – inhale, hold. Then release and exhale.
