One of the most difficult things to do as an entrepreneur is find a balance between your personal and business lives. If you’re like me, you’ll want to put as much of your heart and soul into every aspect of your business that you possibly can, including how you communicate with your customers, clients, and fans. However, it’s essential to remember that they are just that – customers, clients, and fans – and not your friends or family members. This is where lifestyle experts come in.
What Are Your Hobbies
When people think of lifestyle experts, they tend to only see the perfect image of them. But when they are with their friends, family, and co-workers they don’t always show that perfect side. As a young girl I had a full-time modelling career which in turn caused me to develop an eating disorder from the constant pressure to be thin. After several years and therapy sessions I was able to have confidence in my own body. Today, I feel it is important for other girls my age to know about body issues so we can put an end to this generation’s obsession with thinness
What About Your Education
My education includes a B.S. in Marketing from Duke University and graduate-level coursework in business strategy and human resources. I’m able to manage multiple facets of marketing and work with clients in both consulting and advertising roles. But my true passion has always been working with people – listening, understanding, connecting, supporting, teaching – to help them uncover the best version of themselves. And that’s what I do best as your Lifestyle Expert: empower you to be your authentic self so you can live your best life possible!
Have You Had Any Experience Working in Your Profession
I first encountered lifestyle experts when I was about 14 and my family got our first desktop computer with internet access. There were sites devoted to makeovers, dieting, fitness, fashion – it seemed like there was nothing this lifestyle guru didn’t know about! All you had to do was visit their site, buy their products, and let them take care of the rest. It wasn’t until I started studying public relations in university that I came across more traditional PR specialists. People who help increase the amount of public awareness for organizations through media relations and events planning. For me, being a lifestyle specialist would be much more fun than being a traditional PR specialist because I get to work with people’s everyday lives instead of just one organization at a time.
Why Do You Want to Start Blogging?
I want to create meaningful content. I love sharing my experience, knowledge and tips on topics that are close to me like relationships, friendship, family, and kids’ development. I want to be that person who adds value to people’s lives by spreading some positivity. Lifestyle experts help people with their personal problems which is why they are so influential today. One of the many reasons why I became a lifestyle coach was because it felt natural for me to be able to advise people through my own experiences because no one else has had the same ones as me.
How Did You Get the Idea for Your Blog?
As someone who has spent the last 25 years living in the corporate world, I have seen many people at work and witnessed many different lifestyles. Often when we’re home, our families, loved ones or friends do not know what questions to ask us about our day-to-day life. It is often difficult for family and friends to just pick up on what we want them to know. This blog post intends to tell you more about me as an individual, my background and how I became a lifestyle expert by sharing my knowledge of business etiquette with people who are aspiring to be successful in their careers.
Where Do You See Yourself in Five Years?
In five years, I see myself as an internationally recognized lifestyle expert. My name will be synonymous with healthy living. Having just launched my first wellness centre, people from all over the world are coming to me for advice and guidance on healthy eating, exercise, mental health and spirituality. It’s really fulfilling to know that what I’m doing now impacts others and helps them live better lives. In addition to helping others, I’ve written two best-selling books and have founded the Academy of Restorative Wellness Sciences. Having this degree gives me credibility to share my wisdom with those who wish to learn how to heal themselves from both emotional and physical trauma in a natural way.
