Now that the final exams are close, I am having the same panic attack I usually have before the exams. The lady who is working there booked me an appointment with the psychologist, and I went to see him. I told him about my case and asked him for help. He told me that stress and worry are normal in my case, and he can help me.<\/p>\n\n\n\n So we agreed that every time I feel like I am drowning in my thoughts and panic, I can consult him, and he scheduled a follow-up appointment once every week to keep checking on me.<\/p>\n\n\n\n As the final exams approached, I felt more and more stressed and anxious. So I wanted to consult the doctor, I called him but he was in Dubai and told me that he will be back in Al Ain in 2 weeks. Actually, I couldn\u2019t wait for 2 weeks, so I asked him if we can have it over a phone call. He noticed that I am insisting on having a consultation with him, so he suggested having an online consultation.<\/a> It was the first time I heard about online doctor consultation<\/a>, so he helped me to book an appointment on the Novomed website, and we scheduled our online consultation later on the same day.<\/p>\n\n\n\n During the online consultation, we had a video call, and I told the psychologist about my feelings, my worries, and my anxiety\u2026 he listened to me and gave me the instructions that I need to follow every time I feel stressed and panicked.<\/p>\n\n\n\n It was very similar to the live consultation, and even more comfortable because I am staying at home, in my room specifically.
