Did Apple Postpone a Gadget from the Apple’s October Event?

Apple’s recent analysis has predicted a suggestion that the brand will not decide to release any gadgets in Apple’s upcoming October Event this year. Mark Gurman also predicts that Apple has not had enough gadgets and devices to release or create a special list for this significant event. The audience was already enthusiastic and anticipated the release of the iPhone 14 model lineup; since the release has surprised some and shocked a lot, Apple has decided to release the iPhone 15 models next year with prominent features and appearance. At least Apple will not repeat the same strategy twice in the same year. Here is a quick detail of all there is to know:

The Release of 5 Top Devices

According to Gurman, the iPad mini, iPad Pro, MacBook Pros, Apple TV upgrade, and the Apple Pay Later app will have to wait a little longer. The primary reason to hold these for a while until 2023 is releasing the same improved gadgets that landed on the market about a few months ago will lower the demand eventually.

Since most buyers wait for Apple’s March Peek Event if the billion-grossing company goes with the same strategy as the iPhone 14 and iPhone 14 Plus, it will be a huge disappointment. Slight improvement, with another higher rate at hand, is not attractive unless the event plans something ‘big.’

Apple will continue to work on the iPhone 15 models, another Apple Service, iOS 16 updates, and improve a few more changes in the iPad mini and pro, perhaps with an M2 chipset. Another rumor proved there would be an iPhone 15 Ultra this year instead of an iPhone 15 Pro Max. It makes sense since Apple has used “Ultra” with its chipsets and Apple Watch’s latest model.

Any other reason to delay gadgets?

It has been rumored that Apple could launch the new iPad Pro as well as the redesigned 10th-generation entry-level iPad in October. Speculation is also rife about Apple launching new 14-inch and 16-inch MacBook Pro models powered by M2 Pro and M2 Max processors.

A few more reasons why the brand is planning to skip this event is due to the undergoing processes on the newer gadgets. The audience was over-hyped about the last iPhone release, but Apple did not meet the audience’s expectations this year. Perhaps, the company wants to tackle ongoing losses and mishandling at the moment rather than release something new and disbalance the market.

“Apple may ultimately end up feeling differently, but I think the company (as of now) is more likely to release its remaining 2022 products via press releases, updates to its website, and briefings with select members of the press—rather than via a major iPhone-style keynote.”

Apple occasionally announces major new products, such as the AirPods Pro and AirPods Max, via a press release, so the move is not unprecedented. In particular, new ‌iPad Pro‌ models are highly anticipated since the current models are over 18 months old, but the exact mix of other products that could be released this month is somewhat unclear.

The Summary

Apple has strategies for launching events and announcements on particular dates and surprising mid-dates. The company keeps up with multiple quick releases, upgraded iOS versions, the latest processors, and extra-durable wearables and maintains its list of launches all year round. Hence, there is still a 20% that Apple might also set an event in October too! Analysts and predictors have not confirmed any such news up until now, though.
