Roopkund Trek

Roopkund is a beautiful place to visit in Uttarakhand that offers you an easy trek. The Roopkund trek is a very popular trek and it takes 4 days to complete. You will enjoy the beauty of this region by climbing up some hills, crossing rivers, and enjoying nature in its simplest form.

The most popular part of this trail is where you can experience snow-capped mountains with colorful flowers growing on them like blue flowers or red ones! This part also has some hot springs so you can take a dip if you want to cool down during your journey!

Kedarnath Trek

Kedarnath is a Hindu pilgrimage center located in the Garhwal Himalayas. The temple of Kedarnath is dedicated to Lord Shiva, and is one of the four major Chota Char Dham yatra destinations. Located at an altitude of 4,890 m above sea level, it has an amazing view of snow-capped peaks, including Mount Kailash (6994 m), Annapurna (8091 m) and Nanda Devi (8586 m).

Kedarnath was established by Pandavas on their way back from exile after their victory over Kauravas in the Mahabharata war. It is believed that during this journey they stopped here for rest before continuing with their journey towards South India through forests across the Garhwal region; hence it became known as “Siddha Dvara” (“Blessed Gateway”).

Har Ki Dun Trek

Har Ki Dun is a small village in the Pithoragarh district of Uttarakhand, India. Har Ki Dun is located at a height of 3,600 meters above sea level. The village has a population of around 6500 people and it is one of the most popular trekking destinations in India.

The trek to Har Ki Dun starts from Sankri where you can get your vehicle drop-off point or arrange for jeep services from there to take you up to Har ki Dun Village itself which lies at a high altitude of about 1300 meters above sea level (altitude varies slightly depending on whether you are coming from Delhi or Kathmandu).

The Brahmatal Trek is one of the most popular treks in Kumaon. It is a moderate trek and takes about 5 days to complete. This trek can be done in any season, but it’s best to do it during monsoon when there are fewer crowds and you have more views.

The beautiful scenery along this route will leave you speechless as you see mountains covered with snow at their peaks while they are green below with lush forests surrounding them. You will also pass through various villages where local people live peacefully together with their livestock on grasslands or in fields near rivers like Bhagirathi River which flows through several districts before merging into the Ganges River at Varanasi (Banaras).

Himalayas

The first day’s trek is really tough as it involves crossing a few waterfalls and rivers, but once you get past them then the real fun begins.
